IT Academy “Astrum” has been opened in Yuqorichirchiq district. During a trip to Tashkent region, the Head of the state got acquainted with the conditions created here.

The two-storey building of the academy is equipped according to modern requirements. More than 700 computers are installed here. Young people will first be trained in programming, then will work in this area. Thus, it is planned to organize a cluster that combines training and production. Students’ progress will be assessed using artificial intelligence technologies.

The selection of young people who want to study in the cluster is currently underway. The President spoke with them.

“If you want to keep up with the times, do what you love and live well, study in this sphere. This will be your investment for the future. I am sure that by acquiring knowledge and applying it in practice, you will become the support of your family, our people”, Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.

Responsible persons have been instructed to build a coworking center and housing for young people here.

“For us, youth policy comes first. Talented, smart guys will study here. They need to create a modern, free environment. Accommodation, food, sports, and recreation – everything should be located in one place. It is important to form orders of state bodies, industrial enterprises and provide these specialists with work”, the President said.
