In recent years, warm weather prevails in Uzbekistan in March. March 2008, 2016, 2018 were among the three warmest for all the years of observations. On the warmest days, the temperature rose to 30-32oC heat, in places to 35-37oC heat in the south.
March in Uzbekistan is the most sedimentary month of the year both in terms of precipitation and the number of precipitation days. On average, not counting the northern regions and the desert zone, there are from 10 to 15 days with precipitation in March.

Sometimes precipitation in March also falls in the form of snow with the formation of unstable snow cover. The snowiest in the last 25 years was March 1998, when the snow cover in Tashkent was observed for 9 days, and its maximum height was 22 cm.

In the first decade of March, the air temperature in the daytime will rise to 17-22 °C, on some days to 24-27 °C, in the south and the desert zone to 29 °C.
On March 5-6 and at the end of the decade, rain will fall in places across the republic, thunderstorms are possible. With rain, the daytime temperature will drop slightly, but despite this, the entire first decade of March will be much warmer than normal.
In the second and third decades of March, the temperature is expected to fluctuate at night from 7-12 °C to 0-5 ° C (in places frosts up to 2 ° C are possible), in the afternoon from 20-25 °C to 10-15 °C.
Precipitation, mainly in the form of rain, is possible on some days and in the second and third decades (1-3 days in each decade).
