The decree approved the Concept for the Development of Science until 2030, as well as the targets and indicators of the Concept.
The concept provides for:
- introduction of a national rating system aimed at assessing the effectiveness of scientific and innovative activities of scientific organizations;
- creation of 7 modern laboratory complexes, which will be equipped with world-class equipment GLP and GMP.
In accordance with the Decree, in 2021, the scientific and innovative activities of all state scientific organizations will be audited with the involvement of international independent expert companies.
Also, starting from January 1, 2021, the Academic Mobility program is being introduced.
Within the framework of the program, grants will be allocated from the Fund for Supporting Talented Youth of the Youth Academy, including for the promotion of scientific ideas of talented youth engaged in scientific activities.
Starting from January 1, 2021, the Unified Electronic System for Coordination of Scientific Personnel Training will be introduced.
