The organizers are the Institute for Strategic and Interregional Studies under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The international Forum will bring together about 200 participants from Central and South Asia, Europe, the CIS countries, the Asia-Pacific region, America, and the Middle East. Among them are representatives of political, economic, business circles, financial institutions, international and regional organizations, as well as prominent experts from analytical and research centers around the world.

The main goal of the dialogue is to form a multilateral discussion platform for the practical promotion of the special resolution of the UN General Assembly "Strengthening interconnectedness between Central and South Asia", adopted in 2022 at the initiative of the President of the Republic Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

The forum participants will discuss the current state and prospects of interregional cooperation between Central and South Asia.

The focus will be on strengthening cooperation in ensuring security, stability and sustainable development, and expanding the role of the private sector and financial institutions in ensuring economic growth.

Among the main expected results is the adoption of a Communique calling for joint efforts to strengthen trust and cooperation between Central and South Asia.

The Termez Dialogue is intended to become a permanent platform for determining the prospects for further promoting inter-regional interconnectedness and maintaining peace, security and stability on the vast Eurasian continent.

The event will be held on the basis of the International Trade Center "Termez" in the city of Termez, Surkhandarya region.
