According to the resolution:
100 percent bonus: Directors, chief accountants, teachers, and masters involved in international programs will receive a mandatory monthly bonus.
Incentive Fund: A special fund will be established in the amount of 50 percent of the labor remuneration fund.
Performance-based reward: Educators who achieve high rating scores will receive additional incentives of up to 200 percent relative to their base salary rate.
