According to the Regulation, when a client independently seeks planned medical assistance without a corresponding referral to a medical institution, the medical assistance shall be provided on a paid basis, in accordance with the established procedure.

Services beyond the scope of the guaranteed package of free medical services provided by the state in primary healthcare facilities are considered supplementary and shall be provided on a paid basis.

Clients shall be received and registered by the registration departments of the medical institutions.

The provision of paid services shall be noted in each client's medical record based on their identity verification data.

Clients shall be admitted to medical institutions on the condition of full prepayment.

Individuals who come to medical institutions shall be sent to a specialist doctor for consultation or instrumental and laboratory diagnostics after paying the fee according to the approved price list.

Based on the results of the examination, the client shall be referred for consultation with a narrow specialist and prescribed treatment measures in an outpatient or inpatient setting.
