In addition, complaints and appeals regarding waste issues will now be centrally received through the Xalqnazorati.uz platform.

Starting from January 1, 2026, the system will be further expanded:

·       The arrival time and route of the waste collection vehicle for each neighborhood will be monitored online;

·       A two-year program for providing neighborhood with containers will be introduced;

·       The daily volume of waste will be publicly announced;

·       Citizens will be able to evaluate the quality of service;

·       The execution of contracts with legal entities will be monitored online.

These initiatives will serve to make the capital's waste management system transparent, convenient, and effective.
