Zelensky, in turn, pointed out that more than 90% of security guarantees for Ukraine had been agreed upon, and more detail had been achieved. He added that a meeting of the United States, Ukraine and European countries in Washington could take place in January.

"A 20–point plan has been agreed to 90%, security guarantees from the United States are 100%, guarantees from the United States and Europe are 90%, the military aspect is 100%, and the plan for Ukraine's economic recovery is being finalized," Zelensky said.
