The President of Uzbekistan took part in the Eighth Summit of the Turkic Council, held bilateral meetings.

Issues of further enhancing cooperation in trade, investment, green economy, digital technologies, transport, education and culture were discussed at the summit. Following the event, more than 10 documents were signed.

Decisions were taken to rename the Turkic Council into the Organization of Turkic States and hold its first summit next year in Uzbekistan.
