The Head of state visited general education school No. 22 in this district.

School education is becoming a nationwide movement in the country. The education sector is also defined as one of the priority tasks in the Uzbekistan 2030 Strategy.

The school, which has about 1,800 students, was built and commissioned last year. Modern conditions have been created in all classrooms, laboratories, computer science and foreign language classrooms, a gym, a football field, and a canteen. The library has 3,000 books and is connected to the electronic system of the National Library named after Alisher Navoi.

The Head of state set the task of bringing the quality of education in general education schools closer to the level of Presidential and specialized schools. For this purpose, 104 teachers were selected for the school competitively. The training is conducted according to programs that use the best practices of the best schools.

Here, young people are consistently taught at least two foreign languages ​​and one modern profession. For this purpose, the school has organized more than ten clubs in applied arts, hotel services, drawing, photography, IT, and robotics.

A military-patriotic group has been organized jointly with the Ministry of Defense. It hosts meetings to discuss the courage of such great commanders as Amir Temur and Jaloliddin Manguberdy. Patriotic events and sports competitions are held regularly.

“Being educated and having a profession is good. But it is also important to live with a sense of the Motherland. This will make you even stronger”, the President said.

The school also has the Iqtidor Club, where students study music, theater, and art.

The President got acquainted with the school’s activities and talked with teachers and students.

“My greatest concern and goal is the education of young people. To achieve the goals that we have set for ourselves, we need educated young people. We are trying to create all the necessary conditions for this. You should value your time, use all opportunities, and study. The knowledge you gain and the professions you master will become your wings in the future”, the President told the children.

The educational institution has a Safe School system. The Face ID system is installed at the school’s entrance, and solar panels are also installed.
