The Afghan side thanked Uzbekistan for the measures taken and efforts to strengthen bilateral relations, increase the volume of cargo transportation to/from Afghanistan, as well as assistance in timely cargo handling.
The importance of joint implementation of infrastructure projects, in particular the construction of the Termez-Mazar-I-Sharif-Kabul-Peshawar railway line, was noted.
