It was emphasized at the meeting that the multilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and China has risen to the level of strategic partnership.

During the conversation, it was noted that interregional relations are consistently expanding. At the same time, issues of further development of the dialogue between the local representative bodies of the two states were also discussed.

The parties agreed to further expand mutual cooperation in the fields of economy, investment, education, culture and tourism, as well as to intensify inter-parliamentary contacts.

The sides also exchanged views on the participation of the Chinese parliamentary delegation in the 150th anniversary Assembly of the Interparliamentary Union, which will be held in Tashkent on April 5-9, 2025. The fact that the Chinese side is showing great interest in this prestigious event has become another vivid expression of friendly relations between the two countries.

This meeting will serve as an important step towards strengthening and further developing the strategic partnership between Uzbekistan and China.
