The document is aimed at improving the quality of public services in the field of culture, further popularizing selected works of national and world musical art in the regions, as well as identifying promising young performers and promoting the realization of their talent.

The Ferghana Regional Branch of the State Philharmonic of Uzbekistan includes the Ferghana Orchestra of National Instruments and the Ferghana Symphony Orchestra.

At the same time, from September 1, 2025, the Fergana Regional Philharmonic will be allocated an additional 72 staff units, of which 50 for the Symphony Orchestra and 22 for the Orchestra of National Instruments.

Employees of the Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra of National Instruments are subject to the conditions of remuneration and financial incentives provided for employees of state cultural institutions and archives.

By the end of 2025, the Khokimiyat of the Ferghana region will allocate funds from the local budget for the purchase of one large-capacity bus manufactured abroad for the Ferghana Regional Philharmonic for concert and entertainment events of the Symphony Orchestra and the Orchestra of National Instruments.

Concert programs of the orchestras will be held on a regular basis in the amphitheater located on the territory of the Eco City complex, as well as other convenient locations in the city of Ferghana, often visited by the local population and tourists.
