According to the inspection, they hired citizens as workers, although in fact these people did not perform their job duties. At the same time, they were paid wages totaling 1 billion sums.

Subsequently, the responsible persons used these funds for personal purposes, thereby embezzling budget funds through misappropriation or embezzlement.

A criminal case has been initiated under Article 167 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan (embezzlement or misappropriation).

Investigative actions are currently underway.
