During the talks, issues of expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and China, in particular with Sichuan Province, were discussed.

Special attention was paid to the prospects for deepening interregional ties, tapping into the existing significant potential for cooperation in trade, economic, investment, tourism, education and other spheres.

Mutual interest was expressed in the implementation of joint projects in the field of automotive industry, "green" energy and "smart" agriculture, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
