On May 30, at 08:03, the Tashkent City Emergency Management Department received a message about an electric scooter fire near house No. 25 on Islam Karimov Street, located in the Mirabad district.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations, fire crews arrived at the scene at 08:07 and extinguished the fire two minutes later at 08:09.
No one was injured in the incident.
At the moment, the causes of the fire and the amount of material damage are being determined.
Reports have spread on some social networks about an allegedly impending powerful earthquake with a magnitude above 7, which is expected to occur in one of the seismically active regions of the eastern hemisphere in two days. The reason is called a strong magnetic storm.

In Kashkadarya region, there was a water leak from the Gissar reservoir. According to the press service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the republic, the reservoir was not damaged, and work is currently underway to eliminate the consequences of the accident.
