During the meeting, the sides exchanged views on the current state and prospects of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States.

It was noted that in recent years, strategic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States has been significantly intensified. The talks between President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and US President Donald Trump at the White House in November this year undoubtedly confirm that bilateral ties have risen to a new level.

During the conversation, it was emphasized that economic, educational and humanitarian ties between Uzbekistan and the American state of Utah are consistently strengthening. In particular, 45 of the 64 joint projects implemented under the Uzbekistan-Utah initiative have been successfully completed. These projects cover areas such as diplomacy, trade, investment, education, healthcare, and cultural exchange.

During the dialogue, issues of cooperation in the field of digital technologies, artificial intelligence and IT education were also discussed.
