Days of Uzbek Cinema to be held in Tajikistan

    The Days of Uzbek Cinema in Tajikistan will be held from March 30 to April 1 this year. The cultural event is organized with the aim of strengthening joint cooperation with Uzbek cinematographers and implementing joint projects.

    Within three days, films of various genres produced by Uzbekistan will be shown in Dushanbe, Sughd and Khatlon regions, Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, cities and districts of republican subordination, Khovar reports.

    Movie lovers will be able to see such films as "Flight 101", "Glory of Nafisa", "Skillful Husniddin", "Captivity", "One-day wedding".

    Recall that Days of Uzbek cinema are regularly held in Tajikistan, in particular, they were held in May last year. Then a memorandum of cooperation was signed between the Uzbekfilm and Tajikfilm studios, which provides not only for the joint production of films, but also for the exchange of personnel, the education of future cinematographers in universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in particular, in the newly opened branch of the Gerasimov All - Russian State Institute of Cinematographyof in Uzbekistan.
