    In the Thai capital, a giant sinkhole with a depth of up to 50 meters and a width of up to 30 meters has formed due to a road collapse.

    According to the Bangkok Post newspaper, a road collapsed in front of a public hospital in Bangkok.

    Two electric poles and a police car fell into the resulting crater.

    The roads leading to the site of the collapse are closed to traffic for safety reasons.

    Outpatient appointments have been suspended at the hospital, and about 3,500 inpatient patients have been evacuated.
