And this is despite the fact that new domestic and foreign companies appear and actively advertise themselves every day.
In May 2022, the most successful brands in the Uzbek market will be determined according to the "Brand of the Year 2021" award. This is an award in the field of marketing of Uzbekistan, which identifies, supports and encourages brands, marketing teams and experts who successfully work in the domestic market. The purpose of the award is to develop the sphere of entrepreneurship, the infrastructure of the market of marketing services in Uzbekistan.
In 2022, the award will be held for the fifth time and for the first time in a new format. If the brands for participation in the previous four Brand of the Year awards were chosen by the organizers, the Antimonopoly Committee of Uzbekistan and the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan, then this year participation will be at the request of the brands themselves.
"We changed the list of nominations and made sure that every brand, regardless of the type of activity, had the opportunity to apply and participate in the award. The application will be accepted in the form of a brief presentation on the success of the brand in 2021. Applications will be accepted until April 1. The regulations are published on our website marketing.uz, you can get acquainted with it and take part in it," said Diyor Mirzaakhmedov, Chairman of the Board of the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan.
The award is held in 25 nominations and provides an opportunity for companies to strengthen their positions in the market and increase the loyalty of customers and partners. After all, the Brand of the Year award is primarily an open popular vote of consumers in the Telegram bot, in which 300 thousand people participated in 2021.
Today, this vote is a large-scale industry tool for marketing research of consumer loyalty. In parallel, more than 200 experts and partners of the association will vote.
Winning the nomination is a high assessment of the brand by professionals, which commands respect from the business community and increases consumer confidence.
Several brands that won in 2021 in different nominations: Express 24, Rozmetov, Safia café&bakery, Chaikof, ISHONCH, Texnomart, Apelsin, Everest Education, Beeline, Sarkor Telecom, AKFA Medline, Murad Buildings, Basket, Havas. These are really the brands that are well known and loved in the country.
All participants get the opportunity to present their marketing achievements and introduce business successes for 2021 to an audience of consumers and experts. The winners of the award become holders of the "Brand of 2021" status from the Antimonopoly Committee of Uzbekistan and the Marketing Association of Uzbekistan for the recognition of consumers and experts. It can be used in advertising and media.
By participating in the award, the brand makes a great contribution to the recognition of the merits and results of the work of its marketing specialists and to the popularization of the importance of marketing for all business processes.
