Key targets until 2030:
bringing the share of the creative economy in GDP to 5% (145 trillion soums);
increasing exports of products and services of the creative industry over $1 billion;
bringing the number of jobs within the framework of projects implemented in the field to 500 thousand.
On the basis of buildings and structures and territories belonging to the Foundation for the Development of Culture and Art, in 2026-2027, at the first stage, the infrastructure of the Creative Industry Park is being created on the basis of a public-private partnership.
The creative park includes a green park, an international school of digital design and programming, book cafes, sports and workout venues, hotels, etc.
At the same time, the territory of the Creative Park is being created as an open public space operating 24/7, meeting the requirements of safety, inclusivity and environmental cleanliness.
The resolution approved:
The composition of the Republican Council for the Development of the Creative Economy and its main tasks;
The program of measures for the development of the creative economy for 2026-2027.
