It is reported that in the Yukori Buzsuv canal, located along the street of the same name, a citizen drowned while swimming in the water as a result of carelessness.

Rescue divers from the Special Rescue Squad of the Main Directorate for Emergency Situations of the city of Tashkent and representatives of the relevant services promptly arrived at the scene. Search operations were organized in the canal's water area.

As a result of the events, at 18:35, the body of the deceased was discovered about 100 meters from the scene and handed over to the relevant services.

The General Directorate for Emergency Situations of the city of Tashkent reminds that swimming in unidentified and prohibited places poses a serious danger to life, and urges citizens to strictly observe the rules of safety on the water.
