"The animals were raised on a special farm in South Africa. The transportation of the animals was organized by CargoPoint, which covered a distance of 10,827 km on the route Johannesburg - Antananarivo - Istanbul - Tashkent," the report says.
The metropolitan zoo also appealed to visitors that they would "wait for guests as soon as the animals pass the adaptation period." At first, the new inhabitants "can hide from excessive attention," the publication explains.
Recall that at the beginning of the summer of this year, five hamadryads were brought from the Israeli zoo "Negev". A summer aviary was built for animals on the territory of the Tashkent Zoo, in which elevations imitating rocks, hammocks, ropes, tires, a large number of trees, branches, logs and other various devices were installed.
