According to the Report, citing local media, in the city of Chorum, 35-year-old H.C. carried out an armed attack on a coffee shop.
The incident occurred the day before at about 22:00 local time. According to sources, the attacker opened fire with a hunting rifle, as a result of which five people were injured, two of them are in serious condition.
Police officers and ambulance crews were called to the scene. The injured were hospitalized in various hospitals in the city.
The police are currently conducting a large-scale operation to detain the attacker. An investigation has been launched into the incident.
