In particular, the fees for the following services have been increased:
consultation on the transfer of real estate and motor vehicles to another person, as well as confirmation of mortgage and leasing agreements - from 10 to 15% of GDP;
preparation of notarized contracts:
- on the transfer of real estate - from 20 to 30 % of GDP;
- collateral (mortgage) and leasing (for individuals, or if one party is a natural person) - from 15 to 25% of the deposit.
Other fees charged for additional legal and technical actions performed by notaries have also been changed.
