The document provides for:
- annual allocation of funds in the amount of 5 billion soums to support leading entrepreneurs, training them in foreign experience, if necessary, internships abroad and obtaining internationally recognized certificates;
- rehabilitation of lemon farms on preferential terms by refinancing existing loans and interest-bearing debts;
- assignment of the additional position of Chairman of the Association of Producers and Exporters of Citrus, Subtropical and Tropical Plants to the Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of JSCB Turonbank.
Compact greenhouses will be built in households and on leased land plots in regions specializing in lemon cultivation, subject to their sale in installments of up to 7 years, including a three-year grace period.
In addition, equipment for the production of jam, jam and lemonade from lemon fruits from foreign countries will be imported, with subsequent transfer to entrepreneurs on the basis of leasing.
