According to the National Statistics Committee, in January-May 2025, the highest growth rates were achieved in rental and rental services (125.6%), communications and information services (123.5%) and architectural services (123.3%).
Growth rates by type of economic activity:
· transportation services - 114%;
· other services - 113%;
· services related to real estate - 111.9%;
· healthcare services - 110.4%;
· computer and household goods repair services - 110.4%;
· trade services - 110.2%;
· individual services - 109.1%;
· educational services - 108.9%;
· accommodation and catering services - 107.7%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of Uzbekistan's imports in January-October 2025 amounted to 37.5 billion US dollars. Compared to the same period last year, imports increased by 16.9%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, 381.7 thousand students were admitted to higher education institutions in Uzbekistan in the 2024/2025 academic year.
