The document introduced a new position - Deputy khokim of the district (city) - head of the Department for Family and Women's Affairs. Within the limits of his powers, in the event that state bodies and organizations fail to carry out measures that should be carried out against a person who has committed violence, he makes mandatory representations to the responsible heads of state bodies and organizations on violations of legislation in the field of ensuring the rights and legitimate interests of women, as well as to eliminate the causes and conditions causing such violations.

The concept of "psychocorrection" is introduced - a set of measures for psychological and pedagogical impact aimed at eliminating personal shortcomings and adapting the behavior of people prone to violence to the demands of society.

When issuing protective orders, it is now mandatory to indicate the passage of a correctional program, a measure implemented within up to one month by authorized bodies and organizations, including local authorities, educational and health authorities, psychologists and public structures.
