Regulation on the procedure for auditing the methodology of statistical activities of subjects of official statistics;
Regulations on the special fund of the National Committee on Statistics of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The compliance audit of methodological documents used by subjects of official statistics in their statistical data preparation activities is carried out by subjects of official statistics included in multi-year and annual statistical programs.
The audit is organized by the National Committee on Statistics in accordance with the schedule approved annually. At the same time, the methodology of statistical activities of subjects engaged in statistical activities is carried out at least once every five years.
The main tasks of the special fund:
development and strengthening of the material and technical base of statistical authorities;
professional development, training and retraining of statistical specialists;
financial incentives for employees;
introduction and development of modern information technologies, etc.
The funds of the special fund are formed at the expense of administrative fines imposed on officials in accordance with the law for violating the procedure for submitting state statistical reports, misrepresenting reporting data or violating reporting deadlines.
