Uzbekistan has approved a program for the development of the creative economy until 2030

According to the Resolution, the main targets for the development of the creative economy until 2030 have been defined:

·        bringing the share of the creative economy in the gross domestic product to 5 percent - up to 145 trillion soums;

·        increased exports of creative industry products and services over USD 1 billion;

·        bringing the number of jobs within the framework of projects implemented in the field to 500 thousand.

In 2026-2027, at the first stage, on the basis of a public-private partnership, the infrastructure of the Creative Industry Park (Creative Park) will be created, consisting of:

·        a green park that includes areas for walking, recreation and leisure, art objects and works of monumental art;

·        the prestigious international school of digital design and programming;

·        book cafes, sports and workout venues, hotels;

·        a pavilion of artists, creative workshops, eco-friendly office space and a coworking center.
