The enterprise, located within the “Yangi Avlod” Special Industrial Zone, serves the Korzinka retail chain, providing storage, sorting, and packaging of goods.
The center covers an area of 10 hectares, with 49,000 square meters allocated for warehouse facilities. Construction equipment and refrigeration systems were supplied from China, Türkiye, Belarus, and Russia. All equipment is certified according to EDGE Advanced international standards.
This project represents the largest Class A distribution center in Central Asia. The facility is equipped with 145 loading and unloading gates, allowing for the efficient reception and dispatch of goods.
The complex includes four temperature-controlled zones, allowing products to be stored according to their specific requirements – in refrigerated chambers, low-temperature freezers, and dry storage areas.
In addition, a modern laboratory with 96 testing modules is being established on the premises, operating around the clock. The implementation of this project will create more than 1,000 new jobs.
During a conversation with members of the public, the President emphasized that the success of such projects is the result of a well-considered economic policy and the trust of investors.
“Over the past eight years, Uzbekistan has attracted $130 billion in foreign investment, based on which dozens of factories and industrial enterprises have been built. Today, we have also launched another large-scale project – the construction of a new international airport with investment from companies in Saudi Arabia, Japan, and the Republic of Korea. None of this happens by chance – it reflects the high level of trust in the future of our country”, the President emphasized.
