The complex was developed with modern urban planning principles and aims to improve the quality of life for the local population. New multi-storey buildings, landscaped courtyards, and public spaces have significantly transformed the area.
Covering 18 hectares, 54 five-storey apartment buildings with 1,400 housing units have been constructed.
The complex stands out not only for its modern architecture but also for its well-designed infrastructure. Each building has up-to-date engineering systems, and the surrounding areas feature children’s playgrounds and parking facilities.
Particular attention has been given to the development of trade infrastructure. A three-storey eco-market built at the center of the complex enables local farmers to sell their products directly to consumers, ensuring both high quality and affordable prices for the population. The market has created 640 jobs.
The President reviewed the conditions provided at the market and spoke with vendors and customers.
“A market reflects a nation’s prosperity, well-being, and culture. It is heartening to see such a well-organized space established in Yakkabog. Purchasing power is increasing, and consumer culture is improving. That’s why such modern trade centers should be actively developed in other locations as well”, Shavkat Mirziyoyev said.
Particular attention is given to environmental sustainability: the buildings are equipped with solar panels and solar collectors, which ensure energy efficiency and ecological resilience.
The complex also provides all necessary recreational and leisure conditions, especially for children and youth. Walking areas, a kindergarten, sports grounds, wellness centers, and service points have been organized as part of a unified concept.
Instructions were given to responsible officials to develop other district centers and residential complexes based on this concept.
