Japan's Toppan Digital Co., Ltd. plans to launch a joint project with Uzbekistan

    The delegation of IT Park Uzbekistan, headed by Jamila Khalibayeva, Director of Global Marketing, and with the participation of Farrukh Rasulev, Director of IT Bilim, held a meeting with representatives of Toppan Digital Co., Ltd. with the participation of Executive Director Nobuhiro Iizuka.

    The meeting was also attended by Advisor to the Minister of Digital Technologies of the Republic of Uzbekistan Akihiro Sakurai.

    Toppan Digital Co., Ltd. was founded in 2023 and is a key player in the field of digital transformation. The company focuses on providing digital transformation services for both Toppan Group and external clients, including state-owned banks. Specializing in the development of digital strategies and innovative business models, the company offers advanced solutions for IT infrastructure, contributing to the group's transition to digitalization. The company is headquartered in Tokyo and employs 821 people.

    During the meeting, representatives of Toppan Digital demonstrated the company's latest achievements in the field of VR and 3D technologies, and also expressed interest in partnership with Uzbekistan. In particular, a joint project to create digital copies of the country's historical monuments was discussed. In addition, the company announced plans to develop the competencies of Uzbek specialists through specialized training programs to work on their technological projects.

    Toppan Digital Co., Ltd. also shared plans to launch a project together with Japan Digital University in Uzbekistan, the purpose of which will be to attract local specialists for Japanese projects. With the successful implementation of this initiative, the company is considering the possibility of opening an office in Uzbekistan.

    The meeting resulted in the agreement of the parties to continue bilateral cooperation and involve Uzbek specialists in joint projects with the support of IT Bilim. Such a partnership will allow Uzbek youth to develop international expertise and strengthen their skills at the global level.

    In addition, for the IT sector of Uzbekistan, this cooperation opens up new opportunities for the exchange of advanced knowledge and technologies, which will contribute to the development of high-tech industries in the country and create conditions for the emergence of new jobs in the IT sector.
