This document creates an
institutional foundation for the systematic training of a new generation of
personnel in the law enforcement field, drawing on international experience,
modern technologies, and interagency cooperation. The parties agreed to launch
comprehensive mechanisms for selecting and training promising employees of law
enforcement and security forces.
One of the key areas of
cooperation will be the organization of targeted internships at prestigious
foreign universities and research centers. Priority will be given to strategic
fields such as cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, robotics, and drone
technologies.
Additionally, the parties plan
to develop academic programs at the master's and doctoral levels, as well as
organize internships and advanced training courses for employees of the
prosecutor's office and other law enforcement agencies at leading foreign
higher education institutions. Special attention will be paid to monitoring the
career growth and future professional development of graduates.
Furthermore, according to the
press service of the "El-Yurt Umidi" Foundation, the memorandum
envisages the joint implementation of research projects in areas such as
anti-corruption, protection of human rights, improvement of law enforcement
practices, and the development of the judicial system.
