Onodera
User Run, one of
Japan’s largest companies in international personnel training and recruitment,
is introducing this operator to the Uzbekistan market. A tripartite agreement
was signed between Behzod Musaev, head of the Migration Agency under the
Cabinet of Ministers, Hirayama Koji, and Kato Jun.
According to the agreement,
a training system for bus drivers specifically for Willer Express will be
established in Uzbekistan. Trained specialists will be provided with
high-paying jobs in Japan. A modern training ground will be constructed in
Tashkent for this purpose. It is planned to import right-hand drive buses from
Japan for the practical training process.
This project is expected to
open new opportunities for Uzbek drivers in the international labor market.
