During an operational raid conducted jointly by the State Security Service, the Customs Committee, and internal affairs officers to ensure public health safety, authorities inspected the residence of a local resident born in 2003. As a result, a total of 28,928 units of medicines across 28 varieties—such as "Ortofen," "Neyroks," "Tirozol," and "Siofor," which were manufactured abroad and lacked appropriate quality certificates—were found in a hidden warehouse of the household and seized through procedural measures.

The estimated value of these medicines, illegally brought into the country, amounts to 1.4 billion soums.
