The project, implemented jointly with the Russian company Polymers, specializes in the production of specialty and a wide range of polyethylene films.

Such products are among the less visible yet extremely important links in the modern economy. Today, the safe delivery of food products, household appliances, construction materials, pharmaceutical products, and various industrial goods to the market, as well as their protection from external impacts, largely depends on modern packaging technologies.

The enterprise, covering 6,670 square meters, produces a wide range of polymer and shrink films using modern Italian technology. The launch of production enables the manufacture of $9.5 million in import-substituting products.

The project is being implemented as part of a two-stage expansion program. The total investment cost is $15.2 million. In the first stage, $7.4 million has been invested.

The project has created 50 new jobs. The number is expected to increase further at subsequent stages.

In 2025, products valued at 115 billion UZS were manufactured here. In addition, products valued at $6 million were exported to Central Asian countries.

The enterprise’s polymer products are used as local raw materials in the packaging systems of major brands such as Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Flash, Chernogolovka, Ackerman, Asl Oyna, Biolife, and Family Group.

It was noted that the packaging industry is one of the most dynamic sectors of modern industry. As production volumes grow, requirements for the safe storage, transportation, and market launch of products are also increasing.

In this sense, increasing the number of such enterprises supports not only the development of a single industry but also the sustainable operation of the food industry, construction, pharmaceuticals, agriculture, and other sectors.
