In their presence, several intergovernmental and interagency documents were also exchanged, including an Extradition Treaty, a Cooperation Agreement on Climate Change, interagency arrangements on natural disaster management, cooperation in science and innovation, peaceful use of nuclear energy, and other areas.
Uzbekistan and Hungary establish an enhanced strategic partnership
Following the talks held in Budapest, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and the Prime Minister of Hungary, Viktor Orbán, signed a Joint Declaration on establishing an enhanced strategic partnership.
