It is noted that on March 27 of this year, at approximately 4:30 PM, Dilmurod Ergashevich Rakhmonov was near the South Fergana Canal in the "Guliston" neighborhood for irrigation purposes when he saw a woman throw herself into the canal. Without a moment's hesitation, he jumped into the water to save her life.
The rescued citizen declined to identify herself or disclose her address. Nevertheless, Dilmurod immediately took her to the Kuva District Medical Association and informed the district police department about the incident.
This courageous act and example of humanity were highly recognized. Colonel Ganijon Alaviddinov, head of the department, presented Dilmurod Rakhmonov with a certificate of honor and valuable gifts. Furthermore, a certificate of honor and bouquets were also presented to his mother as a special mark of respect for his upbringing.
