In accordance with PP-326 dated 09/12/2026, market mechanisms will be gradually introduced into the liquefied gas supply system in the republic.
In particular, the priority supply of liquefied natural gas to the population is ensured, and liquefied natural gas produced and imported by enterprises of the republic is sold only through stock exchanges.
To provide the population with liquefied natural gas at preferential prices set by the state, LLC CIS-Trade was established with the founding of JSC Hududgaztaminot.
From November 15, 2026:
the retail price of liquefied natural gas for the population is 5,000 soums per kg, including VAT;
The limited price for the supply of liquefied natural gas to the population of LPG-Trade LLC is set at 1,300 soums per kilogram, including VAT.
The Regulation on the distribution of subsidies from the republican budget of CIS-Trade LLC has been approved to cover economically reasonable costs associated with the supply of liquefied natural gas to the population at established retail prices.
In addition, the State provides financial support to segments of the population in need of social protection, in particular families.:
included in the Social Register;
eligible families included in the register, with an average monthly income per capita in the family not exceeding 2 minimum consumer spending;
orphans and children deprived of parental care
will receive compensation for part of their expenses until January 1, 2030 in the amount of 3,000 soums per kg of purchased liquefied natural gas, but not more than 20 kg per month.
The document also approved the Administrative Regulations of the state service for compensation payments to families receiving compensation for the purchase of liquefied natural gas to cover part of the costs.
