The primary objectives of the forum include:

Increasing the effectiveness of the fight against illicit drug trafficking;

Systematically studying and implementing advanced international practices;

Developing comprehensive approaches to modern drug threats;

Strengthening interstate and international cooperation in drug control.

The event is expected to bring together leaders from law enforcement agencies of nearly 50 countries and representatives from over 20 prestigious international organizations, including the United Nations, Interpol, the European Union, the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), and the World Customs Organization. Approximately 500 international experts and specialists are anticipated to attend.

In conjunction with the forum, a Youth Summit will be organized to discuss preventing drug addiction among young people, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and ensuring active youth participation in solving global challenges.

Key topics for discussion during the forum will include:
