The event, organized on the initiative of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev, will become a major international platform for discussing the role of Amir Temur and the civilization of the Eastern Renaissance in world history and culture.

The conference will bring together more than 300 participants - leading scientists, experts, diplomats and members of the public from over 20 countries around the world. Among the invited guests are representatives of international organizations and research centers, including ICESCO, the Oxford Center for Islamic Studies, IRCICA and the Al-Furqan Foundation.

The conference is organized by the Center for Islamic Civilization, the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The partner of the event is the World Society for the Study, Preservation and Promotion of Cultural Heritage of Uzbekistan (WOSCU).

Within the framework of the program, participants will discuss key aspects of the Timurid era: public administration and diplomacy, military art and strategy, architecture and urban planning, as well as the development of science, education and culture. Special attention will be paid to the influence of Amir Temur's legacy on the formation of world civilization, politics and economics.

In addition to the scientific part, a rich cultural and excursion program is provided.: a visit to the Center of Islamic Civilization, thematic exhibitions, a screening of the feature documentary "Amir Temur and Donna Maria", a mapping show, as well as a theatrical production "Wedding in Konigil".

As a result of the conference, scientific recommendations will be developed and a roadmap will be adopted aimed at further studying and popularizing the heritage of the great Timurids. During the closing ceremony, memoranda of cooperation with a number of leading international scientific and cultural organizations will also be signed at the Center for Islamic Civilization.

Holding this conference will be a significant step in strengthening the international scientific dialogue and promoting the rich historical and cultural heritage of Uzbekistan in the world community.
