Special
attention was paid to expanding practical cooperation in strategically
important areas, including mechanical engineering, agriculture,
pharmaceuticals, chemical industry, information technology, cybersecurity and
tourism.
The parties
also welcomed the entry into force of the Economic Cooperation Agreement, which
creates a solid legal basis for the further development of bilateral relations.
Following
the meeting, they confirmed their readiness to intensify joint projects,
strengthen direct contacts between the business circles and further expand
practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Serbia.
