Uzbekistan and Afghanistan signed export agreements worth 700 thousand dollars

As a result of negotiations between entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan and Afghanistan, export agreements and preliminary agreements totaling about 700 thousand dollars were reached in Termez.

"The negotiations" took place on September 15-17 within the framework of the international exhibition "Light Industry of Uzbekistan - Afghanistan" at the Termez International Trade Center on the territory of the Airitom Free Zone. more than 10 Uzbek enterprises presented their products, including "STEP BY STEP", "RAVON TARAQQIYOT ORZUSI", "UZSHOES", "DENOV RAVNOQ KAMOLI" and other companies.

Supplies of shoes, leather goods and other leather goods, order volumes, assortment and logistics issues were discussed with Afghan buyers. As a result, domestic manufacturers have established direct business contacts with potential buyers.

The parties are currently working on the implementation of the agreements reached. Uzbek enterprises continue negotiations with Afghan partners to clarify orders and conclude new contracts.

The three-day business dialogue in Termez was another step in expanding the export of Uzbek leather and footwear products to the Afghan market.
