This is the first stage of digitalizing school processes, which will make it possible to make decisions based on data and promptly identify issues that require attention from the school, teachers, and parents.

The system regularly analyzes the organization of lessons, student activity, and teaching methods by subject, class, and teacher. The obtained indicators will become the basis for methodological support for teachers, assessment of the quality of education, and further improvement of the KPI system.

Smart cameras and Face ID technology make it possible to automatically record students’ arrival at school and their presence in classes. The data will help identify recurring absences, including a student’s failure to attend classes in certain subjects. This will allow specialists to delve deeper into the causes, interact with the family and the school, and provide the child with the necessary support in a timely manner.

If a student misses a class without a valid reason, parents receive an SMS notification. Thanks to integration with the “ERP Maktab” and DMED systems of the Ministry of Health, confirmed absences due to illness are automatically recorded.

Currently, “SI Davomat” is operating in 26 schools in the Sergeli district, where 446 smart cameras have been installed. The results of the testing will serve as the basis for the phased implementation of the system in other schools in Tashkent.

“This is just the beginning of consistent work to digitalize the capital’s education system. Ahead lie new solutions aimed at supporting teachers, making things easier for parents, and creating conditions for highquality learning for every student.

Children are our future, and the focus on their education continues unabated,” the capital’s hokimiyat reported.
