In
accordance with Presidential Decree No. PP-59 dated 02/11/2026 "On
measures to implement an integrated ecosystem of startup support",
starting from 2026, the republican contest "The most innovative Idea"
is held annually until November 20 to identify ideas with high potential for
transformation into a startup project.
The
competition is organized in state universities, and the winners of the first
stage are given a grant of 100 million soums at the expense of extra-budgetary
funds from universities.
The
republican stage is held in 10 areas:
Digital
technologies and artificial intelligence;

Financial
technologies;
·
Agricultural
technologies;
·
Cybersecurity;
·
Healthcare;
·
Pharmaceuticals;
·
Defense
and security;
·
Energy
conservation;
·
Water
resource management technologies;
·
Education
and science.
The prize
fund is set at 10 billion sums from the Science and Innovation Support Fund. The
winners of the republican competition are also sent to foreign countries to
participate in incubation, acceleration, and internship programs.
The
