This
opportunity is provided to women who have secondary specialized or vocational
education and at least 5 years of work experience in their specialty, but do
not have higher education.
A separate
quota of 500 places in state universities is provided for such candidates.
The
selection will be carried out on a competitive basis: participants will take
the entrance exams, and enrollment will take place based on the results of the
rating of the best results.

The
recommendation is issued for a period of 3 years and can only be used once.
The benefit
does not apply to foreign, non-governmental and military universities.
