The
building includes 12 full-fledged apartments, which will be rented out as
social housing. The construction shell took only 34 working days to print, and
the process was supervised by only three operators.
The author
of the project was developer Plurial Novilia and HOBO Architecture bureau.
Industrial printing was performed by PERI 3D Construction specialists using the
COBOD BOD2 installation. Interestingly, a neighboring facility with similar
characteristics, built using classical methods, was built three months longer.
