According
to the National Statistics Committee, this figure increased by 344.6 thousand
compared to the same period in 2025.
It is
noted that passenger cars make up the main part of the vehicles owned by the
population. Their share is equal to 92.8 percent of the total motor vehicles,
numbering 4 million 552.3 thousand.

vehicles owned by individuals were recorded as follows:
Trucks —
330.3 thousand;
Minibuses
— 7.5 thousand;
Special
vehicles — 7.2 thousand;
Buses —
5.8 thousand.
Statistical
data shows that the number of motor vehicles at the disposal of the population
in the country is growing year by year.
