According to the forecasts of the Laboratory of Solar Astronomy, the magnetic storm will begin on Friday, September 16 - it will be average in power. The peak of the storm is expected on Saturday, September 17, and on September 18 it will become average again. By the beginning of the working week, the disturbances will go down.
The next powerful storm is expected on September 30.
To minimize the impact of magnetic storms, experts recommend not to overwork, get enough sleep, give up alcohol, caffeinated drinks, fatty and heavy foods. It is also advisable to reduce physical activity and spend more time outdoors.
